In this Carrd you will be able to check my Commissions Prices and Status, as well as to read my Terms of Service. Please notice that it's important to read them and to notify me that you've done it ♥.Please, notice that if you're ordering a Commission through Commiss.io or ArtistsNClients, all comunications should be made through that platform, and prices won't be the same because of platform fees.

Simple Shading

  • Base Price: 55€ (may vary depending on complexity)

  • Extra Character + 40% over base price

  • Sex Scene + 30% over base price

Fully Shaded

  • Base Price: 65€ (may vary depending on complexity)

  • Extra Character + 50% over base price

  • Sex Scene + 30% over base price

  • Second sample counts as "Fully Shaded" since the background is a photo with filters. If I have to do paintovers, mixing photos, etc, that would count as an "Elaborated Background" instead.

Elaborated Background

  • Base Price: 100€ (may vary depending on complexity)

  • Extra Character + 50% over base price

  • Sex Scene + 40% over base price

Dakimakura

  • Base Price: 90€ (may vary depending on complexity)

  • No Extra Character

  • Sexy Side + 60% over base price

Terms of Service

General Info

  • You are buying a digital archive, not a printed image.

  • I will provide you with a sketch before getting the payment just to check that everything is up to the buyer’s liking. No more sketches or screenshots will be provided unless requested (but bear in mind that I can’t send you a wip for every little change I make).

  • Once your commissions has been finished, I will send you a .rar file with the HQ image which will only contain my signature, you will also be provided with a smaller image with a bigger watermark so you can upload it to your social media. It is mandatory to use the watermarked one if you want to submit it anywhere.

  • Make sure to store the illustration properly, I might lose it if anything happens.

  • My illustrations are for personal use only, selling them afterwards isn’t allowed.

  • I reserve the right to increase the price if the image has many details.

  • I reserve the right to reject your commission if I don’t feel comfortable enough with it, or if you have been rude with other artists previously.

  • I will draw using my style, don’t ask me to imitate anybody else’s.

  • Ref images should be easily understandable and if it provides a color palette, you should be warned that I may vary the colors a bit (not too much) if I don’t feel they suit my style.

  • By ordering a commission, you are automatically accepting these ToS and compromising to follow them. Not reading them doesn’t mean that you don’t accept them. You promise not to make any payment refund.

Copyright and Permissions

As the artist, I hold all the rights of the illustration, so I can do with it as I desire. ex:
★ Submitting it to my social media/art profiles. In case that your commission is a present for a friend, tell me the exact date in which I can upload it in order to not ruin the surprise.As a client, you can:
★ Reupload the watermarked image to your social media* (without lucrative means), and you must always give me credits (my name, link to my gallery, profile, etc)
★ Print it to make any kind of merchandise, but only if it is for your personal use.
★ Use it to decorate your personal profile, as long as you don’t make any money from it.You are not authorized to:
★ Change, modify, trace or use my works without previous permission.
★ Make money with my illustration. This includes being used on any blockchain-related technology.
★ Claim it as yours.
★ Delete my watermark or signature.
★ Uploading it to art sites such as deviantART, Pixiv, Pinterest, Behance, Instagram and such isn’t allowed.

Backgrounds

  • In case that you buy an illustration with background, you should bear in mind that there are some things that I still don’t know how to draw (EX: complex perspectives), and thus I will have to modify it in order to be able to do it.

  • Simple background means that you will get an image with transparent, solid or random-textured background.

NSFW Specific

There are some things to bear in mind when asking me for Erotic/NSFW Commissions:
★ I won’t be drawing any underaged character, or with a very childish look (ex: even if the character is 200 years old, but still looks like a child, I won’t draw it).
★ I also won’t be drawing any real person.
★ If you want a very specific pose, please send me a good reference so I can be as accurate as possible.
★ I can draw LGBT+ characters.There are some fetishes/situations I’m not comfortable with drawing:
★ Rape/Non-con
★ Scarification
★ Vore/Gore
★ Ahegao
★ Zoophilia/Necrophilia
★ Lolicon/Shotacon
★ Cyborg/Mecha/Furry/Anthro
★ Pregnancy/Giving Birth
★ Real people (no, I’m not gonna draw actor/actresses, or even you naked or having sex)
I might be ok with some BDSM situations, please feel free to ask.

Payments and Extra Charges

  • I will accept payments via Paypal or deviantART points.

  • The payment should be made half upfront, and the other half after I have sent you the sketch.

  • Payments through Paypal should be made using the “Family and Friends” option, and sent to the e-mail [email protected]. Please do NOT write anything regarding commissions on the comment section, just add a "NS" to know it's a NSFW commission.

  • If you don’t use the “Friends and Family” option, and I see myself forced to return the money in order to have the payment done correctly, you will have to pay the commission price + PayPal’s fee due to refunds, so please be careful when making the payment.

  • I work using references to ensure accuracy, but if I’m not provided with reference images of the character (s) I have to draw, and I need to use written descriptions instead, there will be an extra charge of $10.

  • You can pay using DeviantArt points, but you should request it as the widget is disabled. There will be a charge of 10€ extra due to currency conversions (deviantArt uses $).

  • If you pay using deviantART points, make sure to use the Commissions widget , and not the donations one. Also, you should have enough points in your account to make the payment.

  • I don’t accept payments in Bitcoins.

  • If the payment hasn’t been received after 48h of having sent you the sketch, your commission will be cancelled.

  • You are more than welcomed to leave a tip if you have liked my work. I will be very grateful! :).

How to Place an Order

Please, be aware that Twitter tends to hide most of the DMs I receive for some reason, If I haven't replied you back in 48h, contact me through e-mail instead.★ Be as accurate as possible with the description, I will be more than thankful if you provide images. Try to give me some aspects of the character’s personality if you can. (this also applies for fanarts, I can’t know every character of every game/series/tv/etc of the world).★ Wait for my response so we can discuss about your commission or give you the confirmation.

Work Speed

★ First in, first serve, unless your commission takes me so much time that it will delay the others a lot.★ I will be as fast as I can, but bear in mind that I have a life, so I beg you for some patience. Each commission will take me more or less time depending on its complexity as well as my free time, These are some estimated schedules:
★ Chibi - Portrait: 1 week.
★ No background: 2 weeks.
★ Dakimakura (1 side): 2-3 weeks.
★ Complex backgrounds, Art Nouveau: 1+ month.
*These timetables are made bearing in mind that you are only asking for one character.★ In the worst case, I can take up to 3 months to finish it (it doesn’t usually happen)
★ I will try to work when I feel more motivated and/or have more spare time, so I can get sure that your illustration is made as accurate as possible.★ You will be informed given the case that something affects the development of your commission.★ You can ask for WIPs, but try not to rush.

Changes and refunds

  • You can ask for minor changes before the illustration has been finished.

  • Any major change (pose, clothing, background, etc) will result in an extra charge.

  • If the given reference isn’t accurate enough and I have to make changes because of it, you will also be charged with an extra fee. Make sure that everything is well explained and that it is understandable.

  • Try not to change your mind after I have shown you the first sketch, because no refunds will be made after you have made the payment.

  • Once the payment has been accepted, you lose all rights to ask for a refund.

  • If you make a payment return through Paypal, you will lose all rights over any illustration or service that I have done for you, as well as giving me full rights to sell those works to other people.

  • You will be blocked, losing any right to buy my art.

  • Your name and info will be included into a blacklist which will be shared with fellow artists.
